Using a variety of visual comunication devices, the POP UP Campaign promotes Ikea and its new Catalogue, using simple cut outs and pop ups it shows IKEAS unique, playful, easy and quirky style. The Campaign consists of six short stop animations Animations, Pop up catalogues and on street pop up advertisment .
German in 100 Words/ Englisch in 100 Wörtern



A recent study at the University of Cambridge revealed that it is possible to get along in a language by learning 100 basic words. This dictionary is devoted to teaching an English speaking person German in 100 words and vice versa. Each word is accompanied with 6 sample sentenes and transliterations in order to allow proper pronnounciation. Each sentence in the book consists of soleley the 100 Words.
Spice!



A box set of spicy spices in the shape of matchboxes. Each box is devoted to one specific hot spice, the flames on the cover represent how spicey the spice is.
Each matchbox contains tubes with the specific spice in it. An animation showing the boxes go up in flames, is meant for advertismental purposes.

A Box set of Books, showcasing the artist Simone Rowat's work. Her works concentrate on film and photography, using everyday material such as broccoli, leather and cotton wool, she creates incredible sets recreating a certain cliched scene of nature. Her 5 main works are seperated into five books titled ‘Rocky Mountains’, ‘Amazon’, ‘Arctic’, ‘Desert’, and ‘Heavenly Descent’. Each book is cased in a plastic box which has been vacuum shaped to represent the main material used in the specific scene. The book covers are made from the corresponding material. All the boxes slot together to form a block, imitating a tectonic cut of the earth.

Clip'd - Design against Shoplifting



The Clip’d range consists of three devices designed to enrich the shopping experience while simultaneously reducing shoptheft. Three different mechanism cater for all types of bags. Although the range does not concentrate strictly on the female thief, the concept concentrates more on the female consumer as these are more likely to be carrying handbags than men. The Clip’d devices range from cheap plastic to more intricate bag belts. The customer will be asked to attach a bag clip, belt or zip ring to his/her bag when entering the shop. The main device being the clip is a simple plastic clip with an integrated led light which lights up once the clip is securely attached to the bag. The belts are attached with velcro which makes a loud noise when being opened. The clip is simply slid onto the bag opening and the zip ring is for sealing up zipper bags. The devices can be produced and therefore be handed out at shop entrances. For the customer these solutions are non intrusive and even helpful, the clips can be used on tubes to prevent pickpocketing, the belt can be turned into a shopping bag and the zip lock adds safety against pickpockets, all factors contributing to a good and safer shopping experience. Using trendy and a variety of designs the anti shoplifting device is turned into a fashion accessory.
